Digital Collage Artist
I create surreal digital collages inspired by music, poetry, and the emotions they stir. For over 20 years, I've been translating sound into visual narrative—specializing in album art for musicians who want their work to feel as layered and dreamlike as the songs themselves.
Based in Pennsylvania. Working everywhere.
I made my first collage at 12 with magazine clippings and glue. Twenty years later, I'm still layering—now in Photoshop, where the medium can hold as much depth as the feeling behind it.
Music guides most of what I make. I'll put on a song, let it move through me, and start building a scene that mirrors the emotion it left behind. Collage works for this because it's inherently about layers—just like memory, just like sound, just like the way feelings compound and refract.
I work primarily with musicians, creating album art that feels like an extension of the music itself. But I also take on personal commissions, editorial work, and visual experiments that lean into the surreal.
I start by listening. Not just to the music, but to what you're trying to say with it—the mood, the memory, the feeling you want someone to carry away.
From there, I build. I pull imagery that echoes the tone, layer it until it feels right, and share drafts as we go. This isn't a one-sided process. Your input shapes the direction. I'm here to translate your sound into something visual, not to impose a style on top of it.
I've been doing this long enough to know that the best work comes from conversation, not assumption. So we'll talk first—about the music, the vision, the vibe you're after. Then I'll create something that feels like it belongs to the same world your songs do.
I work with musicians on album art, singles, and visual branding. I also take on personal commissions, editorial projects, and conceptual pieces.
Every project is different—scope, timeline, and pricing depend on what you're looking for. I don't use fixed packages because I'd rather build something specific to your needs than fit you into a template.
If you're interested, reach out. We'll talk about your project, and I'll let you know if I'm a good fit. If I am, we'll figure out the details from there.
If you're working on something and think we might collaborate well, send me a message. I'd love to hear what you're making.
"Collage is the perfect art form because the art is made of layers upon layers, just as emotions are." — Jolene
